Dr. Hokyeong Rhee is one of the founders of the DAAD Information Centre Seoul – she has been working for the DAAD and the Goethe-Institute since 2000, counseling in the areas of international exchange and study programmes in Korea and Germany. She studied at Yonsei University where she also received her PhD. In 1997, she did research at the Humboldt University Berlin, funded by a research grant of the Korean Ministry of Education. From 1993 to 2003, she held a teaching position at the Department of German Language and Literature of Yonsei University. Her research interests include Heinrich Böll, Bertold Brecht and Gender Studies.

Jayoung Na studied German Language and Literature in Korea and continued her studies from 2002 to 2004 at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. After a 6-months internship at the DAAD headquarters in Bonn, she has been working at the DAAD Information Centre Seoul since 2005.
